We have decided to cancel our games today due to the poor air quality resulting from the wildfires in Quebec and nearby. Environment Canada has issued an Air Quality Alert for the Ottawa area and advised that older adults and people with heart disease and breathing problems such as asthma should avoid outdoor activities. Given our population demographics, the Executive Committee feels that it is better to minimize the health risk to our senior members.
We will advise when the cancelled games will be rescheduled.
